Samsung F07 charging only works on one side of cable

Hi everyone,

My Samsung F07 suddenly started charging only when the Type-C cable is inserted one way. Earlier, it worked fine on both sides.

I bought the phone in late October 2025, so it’s still fairly new. No visible damage, and I haven’t updated the software yet.

Is this likely a cable issue or a charging port problem? Should I go to a service center?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
