30s M - Seeking Conversations Long and Short

Preferably long, but I shall not expect much. Though I have noticed people tend to write a short introduction here (or long, in the case of the odd post) with their hobbies and likes, I shall refrain and see how the conversation progresses with limited information. That being said, I do have a set of critera that I would much prefer met:

- Please do not be an AI chatbot, as I have noticed a lot of Reddit is now overrun by them (As if this will deter the programming).

- Please be between 25-40, though a small variation outside of that may be perfectly alright.

- Ideally your account is verified. There are far too many spam accounts around.

- A minimum standard of spelling and grammar must be met (So no TikTok language, please). That being said, if English is not your first language, that is not a problem - still feel free to reach out.

- Please be able to carry a conversation somewhat; there is nothing wrong in small talk and slow conversations but, if we do get into a deep conversation, it would be nice if it would continue beyond a message or two. However, I do not wish for us to force deep conversations.

- If you intend to ghost, please do not reach out and waste both of our time.

In general, I should be able to talk about a wide variety of topics, but my forté is in the fields of the sciences, and some literature. I do not know anything of note about ballet dancing, for example. Pick a topic and ask me if I know anything about it. Better still, teach me something about it, or why you are interested in it.
