Chime Financials Sign Up Bonus Denied

I just got done chatting online and on the phone (hoping it would be easier speaking to someone) concerning the whereabouts of my sign up bonus offer and maybe another card activation offer that I was sent. The bonus was for $350 to be paid out over 3 months and I was also sent an offer of $100 to activate my card. Chime at first tried telling me that I had to sign up with a specific link, which I know that I did, and then they tried to tell me that I had to activate my card within 14 days (which I didnt even recieve a card for about 3 weeks). I don't believe the card activation details were ever disclosed. I read through the terms on the sign up page. The rep on the phone was admant about this part but also vague on where this was stated. Saying things like "it's in the documentation you got." They didn't even seems to want to address the additional $100 card activation offer. This offer was too good to be true. Chime is a shady company and will be getting reported. Stay away. You can even search their sub and see how many people never receive their promised bonuses.
