CTGP-7 always blocks connection to my router and suddenly starts blocking connection to other players when connected to my iphone hotspot

Stopped playing ctgp7 over a year ago, came back, updated the mod, had to remove my mission.sav file because it said the file was old or used in other console, then always when going online mode connected to my router it’s always shown error: “either the network is experiencing high traffic volumes or the service is down” so tried while connected to my iphone hotspot and works, could have some online races but suddenly would start happening that after finishing an online race after some online races that had finely would get error “a communication error occurred” and the mod would never find online players again and after few minutes searching players error 006-0612 is shown, tried using google dns and worked but the issue came back after some races, also tried with new ctgp7 save data and could only have one online match and the issue came back, also tried reinstalling the mod and again could have only one online match and the issue came back, noticed that if dont use my console in a few days then try searching online players while connected to the hotspot and using google dns it works but suddenly after some matches the issue returns, also tried changing the voice & data option from my hotspot cellular data from 5g to lte then could have only 1 match online and the issue came back

Why would out of nowhere the mod start having this behavior with both networks that are the only ones have access to now? if connect to normal mk7 online using pretendo it works always (never have set nimbus to use pretendo when trying to have online races in ctgp7) it feels like the problem is that for some reason the server blocks my specific console, not the networks

Would really appreciate a lot any help on what can do now to stop my hotspot from suddenly starting to reject connection to other players or my router from blocking online connection!
