FSH/Sèvres: how to get one SA for multiple departments?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning a trip to Paris as a tourist and had one previous visit to FSH/Sèvres.

During that visit, the process took quite a long time because each department (jewellery , RTW, home, etc.) required waiting for a separate SA. I was there during peak time (Friday evening), so that probably didn’t help.

I’ve read here that at Sèvres there are sometimes SAs who can guide you across multiple departments, which sounds much more efficient.

Does anyone know:

1. how to get assigned to that kind of SA?

2. can you request it directly at the greeter and mention that you’re interested in several departments?

3. or is it purely based on availability?

Also, just to clarify - is the usual process that after finishing in one department, I should go back to the front desk each time to request a new SA for the next section?

Would really appreciate any recent experiences or tips.
