PNES out of nowhere?

How many of you consider yourself to have gotten pnes out of the blue I mean no major trauma, no psych issues.

When I started having issues I literally just woke up one day with them, the day before was normal and I was having fun then I started dropping, then over weeks it became convulsing and a year later it is still here.

I mean I didn't have any trauma or psych issues, so it is weird how it just showed up out of nowhere especially when I was actually loving life.
