MPG X870E Carbon and Ryzen 9 9950X3D

Hi, just joined red team after 20+ years of using Intel.

System Spec

MPG X870E Carbon Wifi

Ryzen 9 9950X3D

Corsair Vengeance 6000 C30 2x 32Gb

NVidia 3090

Nvme 1TB Force MP510

To be honest i am abit disappointed.

Start/restart takes a while compared to my old I9 9900kS

Most important i have FPS dips down to 1FPS. In some cases when load of things happening at once. I mostly play ARPG (POE)

I did notice when this dips happens my CPU is at 10-20% Usage, GPU aprox 30%, nvme doesn't spike more than 2%

I have tried c-state enable/disable

Expo on/off

Game mode off in bios

Tried memory try it! Instead of expo

Update latest bios/chipset gpu driver

Reinstall Windows /DDU Gforce driver

I don't know what else to try.
