Accident on St. Clair last night

I was on the 512 St. Clair last night around 10:45pm and passed a crash with a flipped car and numerous emergency vehicles on site. Can't remember exactly where, but around Corso Italia somewhere. Anyone know what happened and if everyone was okay? Checked various police ops sites and found the emergency call around 10:30 but no other info. It was a bit scary to see!
