Co-founder search: NGS / neoantigen prediction background — stealth precision medicine startup

I'll be direct because this community responds better to that than to startup buzzwords.

I'm the non-technical co-founder of a stealth-stage precision medicine company. We are applying mRNA neoantigen vaccine technology—the same approach Moderna is validating in human Phase 3 trials—to a clinical application and regulatory pathway that nobody has commercialized yet. The science has been validated by a respected figure in the field. We have pre-seed funding, a clinical network, and a manufacturing partner in place.

I need a technical co-founder who can build the bioinformatics and AI layer. Specifically:

What you'll build:

- Somatic variant calling pipeline on WES data (GATK/Mutect2, tumor-normal paired)

- Neoantigen prediction pipeline (NetMHCpan, pVACtools, MHCflurry)

- mRNA vaccine sequence design (codon optimization, LinearDesign)

- Outcomes database (PostgreSQL, structured clinical data schema)

What's real:

- $300K pre-seed capital in place

- Seed round target: ~$2–3M in 6 months based on pipeline demo + first clinical cases

- Co-founder equity: 8–12%

- The application is stealth but the pipeline is standard bioinformatics with a specific calibration challenge that I'd describe as genuinely novel

What I'm not going to do:

- Pretend the early stage isn't hard

- Offer a salary before the seed round closes

- Share the specific application publicly before we have IP protection in place

If you have the bioinformatics background, want to own the technical direction of something from the start, and the equity-first pre-seed dynamic works for you—DM me. I'll share the full picture under a standard NDA.

This isn't a job listing. I'm looking for a co-founder.
