Can you give me your experience with the Makita JV0600k jigsaw?

I'm an occasional woodworker and I want to buy a jigsaw. The Makita from the title caught my eye for seeming to be what I want and being about what I want to spend. My main demands are accuracy and a power cord, I like that this jigsaw comes in a case.

My questions for people who own one of these:

- is the saw accurate, does it saw straight or does the blade twist?

- is it easy to fix the base rock solid, perpendicular to the blade? (I.e. can I use the saw to make guaranteed straight cuts?)

- are you satisfied with the power of the tool?

- anything else you don't like or that doesn't quite work as it should?
