Stream fishing accommodations in Canada

We’re an older couple looking for a lodge or similar accommodation on an easily accessible small trout stream. Likely either the maritimes or western Canada. An internet search gives us only fly-in lodges or trophy fish destinations, neither of which interest us. My rods of choice are a 1 wt or 2 wt. Any suggestions would be welcomed!
