SJSU vs. UIUC (Urbana-Champaign)

I live in the Bay Area, and I got admitted to both Mech Eng programs but my concern is that if I want to get a Job in the Bay Area after graduating should I choose SJSU vs UIUC? Will going out of state make finding a job in the Bay Area more difficult after graduation?
