Holy Pala/ (Retri Pala) in WoW Midnight

Dear players,

how good is the holy paladin (and the retri paladin) in WoW Midnight especially in M+ and Raids?

Do I find random groups and casual guilds easily

or am I dismissed before I try to join?

Yours

C.
