US career options for PH Anesthesiologist Diplomate

Hello! I passed my diplomate exams in Anesthesiology, and now I find myself probably experiencing a midlife crises(? - question mark because I am already in my early 30s. Midlife pa rin ba iyon 😅)

My family is based in the US, I’m the only one who stayed behind because I decided to pursue med years ago. Now, after med school and residency training, and numerous exams, I feel lonely, and with the current ganap in our country, parang mas nawawalan ako ng gana to stay. Kaya ayun nga, stuck with the current path I’m on.

Lately I’ve been contemplating on moving to the US to be with my family because I miss them so much. Kaso, I’m scared to start over again. I just want to know sana if may other options pa kaya as a healthcare professional sa US if I won’t take the USMLE. And also, my premed course is a nonmed course din. Kaya I’m stuck more than ever 😢
