Short anonymous survey for breast cancer survivors and those affected (anyone affected from breast cancer)

Hey everyone, we’re a small team of students currently working on a short, anonymous survey about breast cancer from the perspective of those living with the disease, survivors, or their loved ones. Our goal is to learn more about the personal journeys of those affected and to understand what kind of support they would have most liked to have received.
