How did you feel before your first Tonic Clonic seizure?

So I was diagnosed with focal aware seizures and the whole déjà vu auras since Dec2024. I am lucky to have a doctor I really trust and who realised that what I am experiencing is epilepsy.

However, because it is drug resistant, we are still working on the meds and there are frequent changes.

Since last December, my auras have been increasing from something that was 1-2 in a month to currently 6-7.

I am asking this question, just for me to understand if any of you had situations where the above type of scenario led to a tonic clonic? Did you know when it would turn to a TC? Or did it just happen?

I am not paranoid but I want to be mindful and if possible, take any precautions purely because I live by myself.

I will be seeing my doc in a few days, but figured it might be good to have some different perspectives to be able to take care of myself in the best way possible. Thank you!

(Current Meds- Briviact 100mg & Vimpat 250mg twice a day, Clobozam 10mg & Fycompa 6mg just at night) There are certain limitations with how much my doc can prescribe because I live in Dubai.
