Diminished Value Claim 2025 Camry

Was rear ended in my 2025 Camry back in January and repairs are finally complete. $13,500 in damage, there was frame damage as well. It’s a loaded up XLE, premium pearl paint, premium sound, pano sunroof, 30,500 miles.

What is my best course of action for getting the most out of a diminished value claim? Seems the car is worth 30-31 retail. ChatGPT says start asking for $9500 for diminished value and settle between $5k and $8k. What do you think? Other drivers insurance is State Farm.
