Estrogen Dosing in Kawartha Lakes & Barrie Region

Hi, I've been on HRT for going on 4 years now and have been kept in the 150-180 Pmol/L range the entire time and specifically on patches.

My former endocrinologist is the one who put me on this and regardless of how many times I asked for a high dose I was always shot down on the basis of blood clots.

Fast forward and now I'm post Orchiectomy 1 year and I have now started to de transition and even grow more facial hair. Not too mention the insane dysphoria and menopausal symptoms I've been dealing with.

I switched over to my current NP hoping she would increase my dose but is now repeating the exact same process and is unwilling to increase my dose because of clots and blood pressure specifically.

Meanwhile the dysphoria and stress and possibly entirely too low estrogen to keep me alive post orchie at this point.

I also identified a possible link to the Cymbalta I was on for the last 11 years(so 3/4 of my transition years) was blocking the estrogen effects at the cellular level on top of turning my Progesterone (100mg oral only and had to fight for that for years.) into a sleeping pill.

So needless to say I'm stressed out and not feeling great about being stuck in androgynous jail and feeling like I'm rotting from the inside.

At this point I'm considering grey market for a solution as I can't seem to get anyone to look beyond the criminal Rainbow Health guidelines and consider my transition quality the priority.

I'm a bit at my wits end. 🤷🏻‍♀️
