DPS bina

I want to build DPS bina but I don't have Lauma or Ineffa. My Columbina with my current team (Bina, Mona, Aino, Fischl) is only able to hit around 20k dps. I'm certain that's a problem with both my build and team comp. I've been extremely unlucky with the artifact domain, and hence have very few good pieces to use for her. I keep seeing posts of dps Bina hitting 100k+ dps; Is that possible without r1? I was also told my team comp was quite poor, so I wanted to know what the best team could be in this case. I'm unable to post images so I'll just write down my characters for each element:

Electro:

Varesa
Ororon c6
Iansan c6
Dori
Kuki Shinobu
Kujou Sara
Fischl c6
Beidou
Razor
Lisa

Dendro:
Nahida
Collei
Kirara
Kaveh
Yaoyao c6

Geo:
Xilonen
Noelle
Yun jin
Navia
Gorou

With all these these characters being the only ones I have of the given elements, are there any viable teams? In the upcoming patch, I was thinking about pulling Linnea. Is she a better choice than Lauma?
