I feel so discouraged and disappointed. I have been in treatment for PTSD the last 4 years for abuse from a service member (strangulation, child death, aggravated assault w/ & w/o weapon) and multiple other issues I dealt with in my time over 10 years. I am reservist with active duty time in between my tenure. When I took the c&p exam I explained to the evaluator I am in treatment and take medication to soothe symptoms (bupropion, strattera for stabilizing thoughts & mood stabilizers on & off) and they help me to be functioning. Alo, she tried to get me to report the service member who abused me and I was so angry and scared she did that. I HATED my experience with her and felt so horrible after talking with her and sure enough I was denied. I also applied for asthma as it was aggravated through service, how ever on my paperwork it stated “was before service” because I had told medical at one point I had an inhaler when was 12 when I got pneumonia? With working with vehicle exhausts and aircraft my asthma got worse over the years to the point I couldn’t even do a job outside of the Military that required physical labor, I almost got fired from jobs for these conditions but because \*bills\* I had to start medications and fight through tears and anguish to be able to do these things. I don’t know what to do anymore, I uploaded documents, nexus letters, several buddy statements, proof of service anything I could add and it still has lead me here. And no, I don’t have a VSO laywer or anything. What do I do??

Applied over a year ago and denied for everything.
