Doing the laundry

I'm now retired & am doing much more around the house (I used to travel extensively for my job). In particular, as my partner has lower back issues, I'm vacuuming, mopping, cooking & cleaning. However, I don't seem to be doing the laundry to her satisfaction - in particular, her bras. I tend to sort the clothes (darks & lights) and wash & dry them (and yes, I know, delicates separately, some items don't go in the dryer, etc.).

She maintains her bras need to be placed in a "lingerie bag" before washing (I haven't been doing that, I just fasten them so they don't tangle, & I never put them in the dryer. Any advice on this? I just forget to do it then get chastised for it. TYIA.
