Guys i need your advice and help!

Okay look guys heres the thing my (M20) gf (F19) just broke up with me. Imma just enroll the whole story and then imma get to the point where i need help.

Sorry in advance this gonna be quite long.

So i met my ex at my best friends birthday 2023 and we quickly got close met a few times and became official july 2023. We had a really beautiful relaahionship went on a few trips and really bonded greatly. May of 2025 she broke up with me claiming she needed sum different. We tried again, weren’t offical and went on the 3 week trip we booked earlier that year. But it didn’t work out for her so we split up completely august. We had 0 contact until december when she texted me again. Wen met up a few weeks later and she asked if i would try again with her. I felt like i was ready and we got back in january. The relationship was good again from the tip off tho we had a few struggles with my family and some shit i was going through. I didn’t know why but i had the fucking tick to lie about little things like, yeah i paid(i didn’t i was not broke but didn’t have much money) or habing the problem of talking on eyesight when in a discussion. I tried to get to the bottom of it but i couldn’t figure it out. And she told me often i needed to adress tgese things. I didn’t get there myself so in march i got to a psychiatrist and just had my first session and really felt like she could help me cause she seemed to understand why i acted that way. And i was really happy but two days ago i walked out my door and found a bag with all my stuff that had been at her place and a letter from her(we didn’t text for a week cause she said she had exams and needed to think about few things). The letter said that she breaks up with me cause she needed sum different and maybe had been overlooking things she wasn’t supposed to and that she didn’t feel that she was a safe place for me. So she broke up despite having a really beautiful time together.

So my question is she doesn’t know how my appointment at the psychiatrist went and if i should try to get her back once again cause i really love this girl with all my heart. Maybe even more than i love myself. And if so how should i do it?
