Is there any way to recombine the pull down menu that had the flashlight, screen brightness and all those little widgets and the notifications again?

I absolutely hate how theyre split up. it doesnt seem to matter what side I pull down from I always get the one I dont want. id love for them to not be two different things and be one again.
