Do any of you guys ever vomit from period cramps?

I JUST WANNA CLARIFY THAT I DO NOT HAVE PCOS MY FRIEND JUST SUGGESTED DOING THIS TO HELP WITH MY ISSUE!!!

Sooo I saw a fanfiction on AO3 where a trans Joey Jordison from Slipknot has terrible period cramps and vomits from them

I’ve never heard of that happening to anyone ever and since I suffer from OCD I got the troubling urge to make sure that’s something that actually happens to people

One of the tags on the fanfic was “implied pcos” so I wanna know if this actually happens to people with PCOS

Another thing is that I’d rather get an answer from a trans man since that’s what my OCD requires to feel better

I’m actually terrified of being seen as transphobic so I just wanna say that I’m NOT and it’s the fanfic’s fault that I feel this way
