This I can do to help myself while I wait

I went to A&E last night after a week of heart palpitations that suddenly got worse and had sudden chest tightness. i was thinking it was a heart attack but there ended up being no evidence of ischemic activity.

To my surprise the bloods came back indicating clots and given my chest tightness, probably in my lungs. I had literally none of the indicators for clots besides chest tightness. I was given a shot of heparin and a prescription and told that I would be contacted for a scan as a matter of urgency after the easter weekend.

While I'm waiting for my appointment I am wondering if there are things I can do to not make things worse or look out for that means I need to go back to A&E.

I am already chronically ill and was just coming out of spending 1.5 months mostly immobile (probably how I've developed clots). The A&E visit has landed me back in bed and I've already seen that I need to be elevated when laying down.
