questions on meth that i cannot get a straight answer on

How long are you actually "high" for , mainly from oral meth, is it the whole duration? Is there a peak where its more intense like lsd and mdma or is it equally intense the whole time? Does it actually make you lose teeth or is that just because of staying up and not eating/war on drugs propaganda? Thanks
