Its a game about 2 best friends, who cared about each other and saw an opportunity to a better life trough a heist. They were condemned from the start, Dex always saw them as expendable. But they were happy and had hope.

Then both of them die, V come back just to discover his mind is slowly being erased, he/she probably feel dizzy or in pain most of the time.

While trying to survive V, meet people, make friends, find love, just to some of them die in many endings and he/she always have to chose between their life or jhonny's, their best friends atp. V never wins, in the end most or everything its lost.
