Wtf is going on

Im 4 months in. Everything has been going great. 120 mgs a week. My 2.5 month bloodwork was fantastic. Then out of nowhere last week my fingers started feeling numb, nipples irritated, not feeling great. Estrogen went from 22pp to 59. I didn’t expect it to be this much of a delayed response. Took the second dose of the a.i as directed and now feel even worse. Waiting to hear back from the doc. I know the risks but damn Im not trying to fuck myself up. Feeling really discouraged. Anybody else have this happen? Is such a drastic change 4 months in normal?
