Was having doubts about continuing my PhD program

hello,

so I was having a really bad weekend and I am so frustrated with my supervisor that I spent the last 2 days crying. It got to a point where I had to resort to the cards and asked the deck about my PhD program status and whether or not I should continue. This is the spread I got, the cards going from left(1st drawn) to right (last). I only do tarot readings sporadically, I still need some help interpreting the cards. any new insight is welcome!
