Help me with an August itinerary!

It’s my first time in Turkey, my family’s second. They have done Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale & Nemrut. They loved it all & would love to revisit. I would like my parents to see new places, because I can always go back & catch up

Right now, I have 4 nights in Istanbul, 3 nights in Dalaman/Fethye, 3 nights in Trabzon/Rize

Should I skip Dalaman/Fethye for Cappadocia (they don’t mind going back)? We love landscapes & activities, we like the beach but aren’t the swimming/spend a day on the beach type

We will rent a car. Help me! I want them to have an unforgettable holiday
