Rockstar Always Chicken Out (RACO) - Violence and gore

Just playing The Last of Us Part 2 and I noticed when you are shooting enemies with big shell weapons they scream in a very atogonizing pain. Male or female.

I am willing to bet my left pinky finger on that Rockstar won't even include such brutal screaming in NPCs when you shoot them. It's going to be some cartoonish unrealistic murders as we saw in GTA V from the PS3 era.
