Bot help

Hey. I’m terrible with bots in servers. FYI, my server is for fc26 pro clubs. It has roles within it that can be assigned to the people once they tell me their position.

In using Carl-bot, and I want the bot to ask every user once they join what their position is and then the bot gives them the role based on what they say. Either that or an entire section you have to answer to put your position in, before Being able to go into general chat. Any chance someone could do this for me?
