Who will be the one unfortunate individual in this world where be decided by a lottery that everyone must participate in. If you want to enter this world you must do so in time to participate in this lottery so that there is a chance of you being this unfortunate individual. This world has about 100,000,000 people meaning that the chances of being the unfortunate individual are about 1/100,000,000 so you would most likely be one of the people living in a utopia if you enter this world.

If you are one of the many individuals living in a utopia you would be able to travel to other planets via teleportation, have unlimited wealth, be able to socialize as much or as little as you want, be able to do whatever you want, and be invincible.

If you are the unfortunate individual you would be forced to live the rest of your life toiling away in an underground facility isolated from everyone else, and with little stimulation, in order to maintain the utopia for everyone else.
