Sema not working?

Hey y’all. I have been taking a semaglutide injection for 5 weeks now and have actually gained 6lbs. For reference, I struggle with PCOS so that’s what it was prescribed for. My doctor sent the script to empower pharmacy. I’ve been doing 2.5mls. Has anyone had sema just not work for them? Did you have better luck with tri? Do you think maybe it was a bad batch from the pharmacy? I plan to call my doctor today and get her opinion but just wanted to hear from others who may have been in the same boat.

Also, I know this isn’t just miracle drug where you continue to eat like crap and expect to magically lose weight. I’ve been told that haha. I don’t eat perfect but I know how much better my body feels when I prioritize clean(ish) eating and being active. Pcos just wreaks havoc on my body and it makes this very hard. 🤍
