Distribution on 12/31/2025 but no tax form?

Hi, I took out $500 from my traditonal IRA on 12/31/2025, and the money was recieved on 1/2/2026. I should have recieved a tax form from 2025, but I didn't get one. Can I tell Fidelity to give me one? Thanks!
