Pet insurance recommendations?

Hi everyone, I’m seriously considering the adoption of a very lovely 2 year old female cat. She has a previous history of hookworm, and has suffered severe gingivitis that has progressed so badly that she’s had two teeth removed already. The shelter informed me that she’d need routine dental cleanings to keep things at bay.

I also already have a (healthy) 1 year old kitten with no previous health issues. Are there any recommendations on affordable pet insurance providers that provide

•Annual wellness visits

•Preventative care

•Dental cleanings **with preexisting conditions included!***

I’ve done research and am currently considering ASPCA, but I’ve heard many horror stories about claims being denied!
