Alternative to Fabletics Only Pant

Gents — I own a bunch of Fabletics “only” pant and love the tech vibe they give off as they are great for pretty much everything and I can wear them to the office in a more relaxed business casual setting.

I also have their Don pant which is a decent alternative but the Don pants are more substantial and not as techy.

Has anyone come across a good alternative to the Only pant, keeping in mind their cost was almost always sub-$30 given Fabletics constant sales. Basically looking for a well fitting slim, lightweight, tech pant with good stretch, that can pass for a dress pant. It can have the same near shine the Only pant has but that’s not a must.
