which MCU to use for hall effect keyboard build?

hi everyone!

i am building a custom analog 62 key keyboard using GH39FKSW hall effect sensors and four CD74HC4067SM96 analog muxes (after research i ended up with these as the best options, but let me know if anyone has any other suggestions). i also want to include a reverse-mounted smd led for each key, but have not selected a particular package yet.

i am having trouble figuring out which mcu to use, as i have seen similar builds with an RP2040, STM32G431, and the STM32F411 black pill.

based on my needs, does anyone know which mcu is best to use? i am a complete beginner to this stuff haha, so any help is much appreciated. i plan on using jlcpcb so a part from there is appreciated. i want the mcu smd chip itself, and i will add a regulator, usb c input, crystal, etc. myself. i also see there are many different packages for the STM32G431 smd, for example, so it is all confusing me!

thank you very much in advance!!
