Scheduling VISA appointment

Hi,

I filled my DS160 application form and when I tried to enter it to schedule the appointment, it errored out saying,

The DS-160 form which you’ve entered has not been completed. Please return to your DS-160 form, complete the entire process; in the end you should receive a DS-160 confirmation page. Once this is done, please go back to this page and repeat your attempt.

Does it take time for the system to recognize my DS160 form number?
