Heart palpitations, anxiety, shakiness progesterone

Has anyone ever gotten heart palpitations, high resting heart rate (>100) anxiety or shakiness from progesterone? I’m 9dpo, 10dpiui and all the sudden today started getting these symptoms. Been having them for over 5 hours and I’m just resting/trying to relax. I’m assuming it’s maybe because my natural progesterone is kicking in and maybe now it’s too much? I’m not sure. Any advice?
