Zapping and popping sounds when changing resolution.

Hey everyone, i have a s95b and wanted to ask if a zapping sound/popping is normal when the tv is changing resolution. For example, i have a ps5 connected to my tv and when it changes from 60hz to 120hz it makes that sound. I told one of the techs and he said it was normal but it doesn't like it. My samsung warranty is about to expire and i want to put a claim but idk if they'll deny it.
