TOBA needs consensus criteria for membership

You guys are doing this wrong.

You can’t just have back and forth meetings, votes, pools or whatever for every random character every season. It’s just way too subjective. Do skins matter or not? Legendaries only? What about win percentage? Pick rate? How low do they have to be? Tier lists? Whose list?

You should have clearly defined consensus criteria about what makes a hero eligible or ineligible. Instead of voting on specific heroes, you should be discussing and voting on what the criteria are. Then pin then somewhere, nice and outlined for everyone to see.

This would cut down on all the bitching and confusion. It also makes it easy to decide who graduates or whatever. Takes pressure off any one person making decisions about who is in or out, because the decisions are made by consensus criteria. It’s fair.

Easiest way to start is to just find out what all current members have in common, and go from there. And you come across members that don’t fit the criteria, then maybe they shouldn’t be here anymore.
