Countdown timer accessibility on a garmin instinct?

So currently I have a g shock gd 350 which has a great countdown timer specific button which I love, I’m currently in school to be a paramedic so having timers that tell me it’s been 15 sec for a resp rate or 2 min for a cardiac arrest or 5 min for next drug admin is my most desired feature. I’ve been looking at garmin instincts and love all the features for fitness but was wondering how the timer capabilities are? I don’t want to have to fiddle around with multiple presses to get a timer going but having a repeating timer/quick access to starting pre set timers are key. Does the garmin instinct have ability to do that?
