Possible fourth DUI in Kansas. Public Defender?
As the title says… Waiting on state toxicology, but most likely will be charged with a fourth DUI in Johnson County, Kansas.
I think I know what you all will say, but wanted to ask anyway. Public defender or pay attorney?
The main reason I’m asking is because my search on Google, Reddit, AI, etc. states that a state public defender is not the same as a municipal one… is that true?
Anyone have any experience in this?
