Invalid signature- check secure boot policy in setup

Hello, I got the red message saying “Invalid signature- check secure boot policy in setup”. Upon restart I try to get into BIOs with F2, F10, and Del but it’ll just go straight to the message.

I tried to reinstall Windows with a thumb drive but upon the restart again, it’ll give me the same message.

Is there a way to get into BIOs?
