My dad worked at JIB for 30 years and just retired. AMA

Inspired by a recent AMA on here, and in celebration of my dad’s long career, I want to host an AMA. He started in the mid-90s and never changed jobs. Made it up to store manager maybe 20 years ago and just retired a month or so ago. I also worked at JIB for 2 years during high school. Ask me anything you’d like to know.
