Opinions on Divya-Lagno game?

Chess Question

I would like to hear opinions of people who watched and followed this game live. So Divya had the advantage after the opening and they played this really long drawn out middlegame where she lost that advantage and they ended in a position that is a dead draw around move 90, theoretical draw where no progress can be made on either side (blocked position with rook+3 pawns against rook+2 pawns). Their game was already long as is, but instead of offering a draw (and Divya should offer a draw cause she is technically a pawn up even though there is literally nothing you can do to improve the position) she continued to shuffle pieces around with nothing to do until move 135 and until everything came off the board. Their game lasted much longer than all the other games and they played for like 1-2 hours after it was clear that it`s gonna be a draw. Even commentators were fed up and didn`t know what to talk about because all the other games finished a long time ago. I know some people will say that you can always continue to play and hope for some blunder, but these are gms not beginners, there is a certain understanding between players on this level (you resign a losing position and don`t play till you get checkmated or you agree to a draw when it`s clear there is nothing else to be done) and this kind of behavior seems really childish, disrespectful and in bad manners
