One kitchen item for around $20?

Hi,

I’ve been living in a motel and can’t decide which appliance I should get to cook meals. I was thinking either the minime electric skillet or multipot. I have an airfryer in storage but I tend to do a lot of soups/sauces/etc for my diet. there is a microwave here already I can use for instant rice & things.. but need something to cook a healthy meal. thank you
