Non-Bloated EV charging finder
**I got so frustrated with bloated EV charging apps that I just built my own β would love feedback**
I drive an Audi e-tron and every charging app I tried was either stuffed with ads, required a signup just to see a map, or was so slow and cluttered it was useless on the road. I finally hit a wall and just built my own from scratch:
π https://digitalwaterhouse.com/ev/
**What it does:**
- Finds 150kW+ fast chargers near you or along a route
- Route planner with range, battery %, and charging strategy (fewer stops vs more stops)
- Filters by power level (150 / 250 / 350kW+) and live availability
- Membership savings β toggle which networks you're a member of (EVgo+, EA Pass+, etc.) and it estimates your actual cost
- Trip Assistant for finding food, camping, or scenic stops while you charge
**What I'm trying to figure out:**
- Does this solve a real problem for people other than me?
- What's missing that would make you actually use this over PlugShare or ABRP?
- Any networks or features you'd want added?
No signup required, no ads, no tracking. Just a tool. Honest feedback appreciated β including if it sucks.
