Neighbor totalled and impounded my $10k ultra bee

so as the title says, I left my 40kw ultra bee with my neighbor as I would be away for the next 6 months and he could make sure it didnt get stolen....this was his offering and honestly i trusted him as i gave him a 20kw light bee for watching my dog for 2 months and hes been forever grateful. well literally one week after leaving the state his wife tells me he crashed into a cement bridge support with no helmet on and needs facial reconstruction, if he even lives at all. the cops took the bike with at least $5k of salvageable parts (motor controller battery levers pegs etc.) and I can just kiss it all goodbye. anyways im looking at the new bonnell 902 when it comes out or building a brand new 96v ultra bee with ventus aetos ultra controller and 81kw motor.... remember that lives are more important than a chunk of metal, but at the same time ugh goddammit.
